WARRANTY
Grace Fabrications warranties, under normal use and service, the installed cabinetry consisting of all components for a period of 12 months from the date of installation. In the event that any part of the casework fails to perform to specified standards, the first purchaser’s sole remedy shall be limited to repair or replacement of any part of the product that is defective, at Grace Fabrications’ discretions.
This warrant only applies to products:
- In its original installation
- Purchased by first consumer purchaser
The warranty is not transferable and expires upon resale or transfer by the first purchaser.
This warranty shall not apply to defects or damage arising from any of the following:
- Accidents, abuse, or misuse
- Exposure to extreme temperatures
- Improper maintenance
